It's not bad, though, there's nothing I can't do with Photoshop. However, being free, that's not bad.

I don't know as though I'm a big fan of some of their examples though, because noise removal on some of those images actually hurt the image quality, not helped it.

Inpainting is pretty good, some of their results are not.

And, to be honest, I still prefer bicubic interpolation for resizing, those results weren't that impressive.

But, considering it's cross-platform and open source, it's not too bad.
